/Fast paced, high intensity group ride. We will be heading south this week.

Saturday Morning- 8am High intensity road ride alternating between the Gansevoort Loop and the Kingsbury Loop.
Thursday Adventure Ride- 6pm, It's time to get out of your comfort zone and find some new roads. This no drop ride is made to push you slightly. We have an A-group @ 17-19 mph and a B-group @ 15-17 mph.
Tuesday Night Mountain bike- 6:00 pm, From The Shop, or 6:30 at Gurney Lane. Every even Tuesday we will meet at Gurney Lane at 6:30 pm. Every Odd we meet at the shop at 6 pm. For now we are Dependent on trail conditions. PLEASE STAY OFF THE TRAILS DURING MUD SEASON!
