This week the A-group, and B-group will be heading back out through Washington County. The A-group will head out for a tough 44 mile route with 2400' of climbing and some dirt. The B-group will head out for slightly shorter with a little less climbing. Rides leave at 6 pm, be there!
A-Group: Callaway Road - 44 miles, 2400' of climbing, dirt roads @ 17-20 mph
B-Group- Dirty Argyle - 36 miles, 1700' of climbing, dirt roads @ 15-17 mph
C-Group: Rt. on Elm; left on Sherman; right on Crandall; right on Grant Ave. Cross Glen St. at the traffic light onto Sanford St.; left onto Bay, and left onto the Bikeway. (This route is a bit more traffic friendly.) Continue North on the Bikeway to Glen Lake Rd. Left on Glen Lake Rd. up the hill and turn right into the Warren County Municipal Center. Ride through the Municipal Center to the traffic light. Straight through the Traffic light onto Gurney Lane. Left onto West Mountain Rd. Ride about 5 miles past west Mountain Ski Hill and turn left onto Corinth Rd. Ride on Corinth Rd. to Stewarts, then right onto Big Bay Rd. Ride to end of Big Bay - enjoy the views of Hudson River - turn around at end and return to Corinth Rd. Left on Corinth Rd.; right onto Rhode Island; Right onto Luzerne Rd.; left onto Veteran’s Rd.; right onto Sherman Ave.; right on Elm St. and return to the grey Ghost Parking Lot. Ride is approximately 15+ miles - mostly flat.
