Join us tonight at 6 pm for a fun road ride! We will have an “A” and “B” group this week. The “A” group will be heading out for 43 miles with 2500’ of climbing @ 17-19 mph. The “B” group will head out for 32 miles with 1200’ @ 15-17 mph.

Saturday Morning Workout: 8am at the shop, bring your bike and trainer a join us for a high intensity workout. Normally an hour and a half.
Thursday Night Movie Night: 6pm at the shop, bring your bike and trainer and join us for a casual spin and a movie. We pick a different movie each week, sometimes a classic, sometimes a new movie!

Saturday Morning-8am High intensity road ride alternating between the Gansevoort Loop (32 mi) and the Kingsbury Loop (29 mi).
Thursday Adventure Ride- 6pm from the shop, This ride is made to take you out of your comfort zone. The routes will alternate each week and range from 2-3 hrs. Most weeks we will have an "A" and "B" group. Routes will be posted on Facebook and our website.
Tuesday Night Mountain bike- 6:00 pm, From The Shop, or 6:30 at Gurney Lane. Every even Tuesday we will meet at Gurney Lane at 6:30 pm. Every Odd we meet at the shop at 6 pm.
